Refund Policy

At Teresa Ann Luxury Candle Company, each candle is hand-poured in small batches and carefully inspected before being packaged and shipped to ensure our guests receive top-quality products. We offer a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain situations where refunds may not be granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 10 days after delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@teresaannluxurycandleco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we’ve received your approved return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Lost/Stolen Packages
We ship only with the most reliable carriers in the United States. Once your package leaves our shop, Teresa Ann Luxury Candle Company cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. However, we are here to help ensure you have the best experience possible!
